This is an excellent example of the decline. Utter abandonment of serious intellectual life, utter lack of any forward-looking vision, utterly zero plans or ideas to deal with the new technological problems society is facing. Utter ignorance of the foundational philosophies, literatures & folk traditions of Western society.

Open embrace, in fact, of the zaniest possible figures & theories, for that precious "engagement" which the worst among us mistake for worth. Empty-headed & cartoonish thumbnail politics.

Great wide ranging discussion. Particularly liked the stuff about who "the left" is. I generally agree and the data about single, educated women voting is very telling. I would argue however that they are communists or at least socialists. The main feature being that they want larger government, more redistribution, and more "communal" life-styles (ie. longhouse-ism). In the discussion you basically said that since the don't want Stalinism, they are not communists, but it's pretty well understood that Stalinism was more Authoritarian than communist. It sounds like splitting hairs, but I think it's still valuable to call them socialists and/or communists. And at least by what they claim to be theri beliefs, they are socialists or Marxists. The single, educated ladies are just idealistic and uninformed with high compassion. The hordes of race/gender goblin voters just hate us and will claim any ideology that hurts us. Those are the two horns of the left and they are controlled by people at the top (not only jews...) who have their own motives.

Great episode, Isaac. I feel as though your interview style is not overly researched (not a backhanded compliment) but also not completely ignorant. You ask the "obvious" questions without them sounding obvious. This is the sort of podcast that lets people engage with the subject matter with very few priors needed. Well done.

there's no way you could listen to this and think he's a nazi because we talk specifically about it....he's to the left of me!

I will give it a closer look. As he spoke, he seemed impressive. But he promotes Alexader Durgin, misguided.
