From here:
“500 Australians Join World’s First COVID Vaccine Injury Class Action Lawsuit - Dr. Melissa McCann raised more than $110,000 to crowdfund the case, which accuses the Australian government of negligence related to the approval and monitoring of COVID-19 vaccines.”
Fingers crossed for this case. It is customary for decisions in Commonwealth countries to be held applicable to all Commonwealth countries – and there are 2.5 billion people in 56 countries on six continents that are in the Commonwealth.
“The suit accuses the Australian government, the country’s Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA) and Department of Health and Aged Care, and a number of senior public servants of negligence related to the approval and monitoring of COVID-19 vaccines, breach of statutory duty and misfeasance in public office.
The action was filed in the Federal Court of Australia, New South Wales Registry.”
The CHD article also reports this little snippet about compensation for “vaccine” injuries (the law has to call them “vaccines” because the legal definition was changed to include mRNA injections – criminal, but then, the law always has been an ass).
“Services Australia as of April 12 had received 3,501 applications and paid 137 claims totalling more than $7.3 million, with 2,263 claims still in progress and 696 deemed not payable, news.com.au reported.
By comparison, the U.S. government, as of April 1, approved its first three payments to people injured by COVID-19 vaccines — amounting to a total of $4,634.89. Since the start of the pandemic, Americans claiming injuries related to COVID-19 vaccines and other countermeasures submitted 11,425 requests for compensation.”
Got that?
Australia has paid out 7.3 million Oz bucks for 137 claims out of 3,501 claims – with 2,263 claims on-going.
The US has paid 4,600 US bucks for 3 claims out of 11,427. US claims can only provide for loss of uninsured earnings only under one scheme – CICP. There is another scheme for other vaxx injuries.

Taken way too long for the ANZAC spirit to wake up. Unfortunately.
Regarding the TGA's approval of cv19 vaccines, doesn't it just rubber-stamp the FDA/CDC policy.
