Thank you so much for sharing these wonderful resources. I own the last three editions of Emily Post’s Etiquette, including the most recent publication, and I often find myself wanting to know more details and examples. This is a great and very much appreciated post for any occasion, especially a more formal one.

Happy Thanksgiving!

Thank you for the wonderful and timely post! As someone who is single, does not have any family nearby and does not own a kitchen table or dining room table at all (I live in a very small apartment), I don't tend to celebrate Thanksgiving with a meal the way most do. I always enjoy reading about others' table settings and imagining the wonderful variety of displays that everyone will be putting their work and creativity into.

I am grateful for my friends and colleagues, my coach, my therapist, the beautiful region I live in, and last but not least, for the wonderful and welcoming etiquette community the Emily Post Institute has created that encourages consideration, respect, and honesty. You truly help make the world a kinder and more enjoyable place!
