Writing the titles/descriptions doesn’t just mean merely writing but also validating with various A/B tests and multiple variations to see which text is giving higher ROIs and better SEO. Create a Micro SaaS tool based on AI that can automatically generate multiple variants of titles and descriptions for a given product. The Micro SaaS tool should be able to generate titles/descriptions for thousands of products. To start with you can let users upload a file with some data and create AI-generated data and ask the users to download the generated file But in the long run, you need to automate this and integrate with various e-commerce providers and add this as an Add-on on their marketplaces. There are various use cases for a tool like this. This can be used to see the sentiment of the Tweets related to a brand on Twitter or this can be used to see the sentiment of the e-commerce product reviews. The Micro-SaaS tool should be able to read the text and get the sentiment of the text (positive, negative, or neutral). As an add-on, your tools can provide options like - taking an action based on the sentiment of the tweet/product review. For example, if the review for a sale sounds negative, create a ticket to the support team automatically and assign it. Or after a batch run if you find that a product crosses the threshold of negative sentiment with its reviews, send an automated alert. There are a lot of possibilities with a tool like this. AI-Based recommendations to cross-sell/upsell: Cross-selling and upselling products to the right customers at the right time are one of the best ways to increase conversion rates and average order values. Most eCommerce stores utilize product recommendations, whether that be via a display ad or other means. The problem is, these product recommendations are largely based on inaccurate information and/or incomplete data sets. AI technology has evolved to the point where it can help provide more personalized product recommendations. This helps stores to capture additional revenue from existing customers, which can have a significant impact on the revenue bottom line. The objective was to increase the average cart value by recommending products that were complementary to the ones in the customer’s cart (cross-sell) and/or better than the ones in the customer’s cart (up-sell).
