I wanted to put my feelings across on why they don't do more in regards to letting Huntsman and dogs on their/our land with only the obvious one thing in mind. I quoted PTW list of failings and how the public are learning more and more of what is happening in the Countryside. I await their response.

Not in the least surprised sadly. Everything is about money and who you know. I lost count the number of emails I sent to McGrady. The NT only had to give in because of number of members was reducing.
Extremely disappointing news, so was NT ban on trail hunting a PR exercise to bolster NT’s public image? It would appear that behind closed doors most of the governors are happy to turn a blind eye to the murder of wildlife on its land due to the fact most of them are pro hunting. I think we need to fill Hillary’s inbox and give the NT a wake up call!
Get NT members to cancel their memberships en masse . Hit them in the pocket , they rely on the general public to donate and support them. I’ll pass the email to my brother who is a member and attends meetings.
I shall definitely be writing to the NT, if enough members write then they will have to notice. Perhaps all members should ask for their subscriptions back
From someone observing from another country I would think anyone involved in the wanton illegal slaughter of wild life should have been convicted and jailed long ago. Further those who are in charge of the National Trust they should be sharing their cells. Great Britain is boil on the ass of humanity when it comes to the protection of animals in nature, just a reflection of their heartless history of do nothing babbling.
The National MisTrust is a more appropriate title. Despite well-known efforts to stop hunting, this is another case of our 'betters' deciding otherwise, allied to an inept, uninterested police force, and a bent judiciary. We really must expose and name these people who ignore the wishes of animal lovers. Can you possibly publish their names, addresses and places they frequent, so they can be boycotted. Make their lives difficult...
what can we the ordinary person do to put pressure on the police, govt, organisations? Is there any MP at the moment who is prepared to put forward motions to strengthen the HA? or will we have to wait for Labour?
