Dear Subscribers
I’m excited to announce that from this week, Chris Trotter will be added to the stable of Democracy Project Substack column writers. Chris is one of the most interesting and insightful political commentators around – regardless of whether or not you agree with him! His regular columns will help make our Substack service unmissable.
Today the new paywall is being implemented for the NZ Politics Daily email service. We will be allowing free subscribers to continue to read the first part of each email, but if you want to get the full list of NZ Politics Daily links you will need to upgrade to the paid version.
We have an introductory 20% discount for the service, which is available until election day. Please just click on the subscribe button.
Just a reminder that we are only implementing this paid option in order to keep the service running. We have been putting out the emails for over a decade now freely as a public service supported by generous donations, but we now need to find an ongoing source of funding to keep it going.
We will continue to make our analysis emails entirely free, and will now expand these to subscribers – especially with new writers being added to the Democracy Project stable.
Kind regards
Bryce
