This has been the play all along: the Administration does what it wants, and waits for a court challenge, which overturns its policies. In the short term, the Administration gets what it wants (airline masks, rent moratorium).
The other tactic is to arrest enemies. Even if the Administration loses, it bankrupts the defendants who are forced to pay lawyers.

The biggest problem is that it takes time to mount challenges, and for the legal process to churn.

Biden's ignoring the overturning of the court's decision on the rent moratorium was particularly egregious, going DIRECTLY AGAINST a court ruling.

Perhaps look for a different doctor. That could be a solution.

If you're able to find a doctor who doesn't require masks; then write him/her a 2 sentence letter why you switched. While also writing a 2 sentence letter, to your current doctor, that says; Masks Are Modern Day Phrenology. Found someone else that believes in real science.
I would love to find a doc that doesn't require a mask. Here in Soviet Michigan it's impossible. Ruled by Osha. I have vehemently pushed back but told too bad, so sad. No mask, no entry. No one cares, sheep all.

When that happened, counsel for the taxpayer as well as myself must have looked like South Park characters with mouths open in disbelief. Well, I believe that the mentality of those who run the social media outlets possess a mentality not far removed from that time serving bureaucratic moron who uttered the stupidity in question. One of my goals as an IRS official had been to rise up in the organization sufficiently so that I could control the pathology level. Until the day I resigned, I had achieved my objective.

This is one area where the US could stand to be more like the EU. When the EU wants to rein in Big Tech, it does it. It just fines them if they don't listen. US regulators are craven cowards by comparison.

Good. I was permanently banned from Twitter for these statements regarding the vaccines, each of which is unequivocally true:
“This bad idea is STILL being employed all around the world . . . Thousands of College kids who are zero risk of Covid are being forced to take these useless medicines in order to pursue their educations.”
“Why is Twitter adding a “stay informed” warning to my tweet questioning college vaccine/booster mandates? Covid presents virtually no risk to kids in that age group, and do nothing to prevent transmission or infection. There is ZERO rationale for coercive mandates.”
“If you are young and healthy, your risk of Covid hosp or death is zero. Why would you take a vaccine that provides no benefit but does carry (at least) myocarditis, blood clot, sperm motility and menstrual system risks?”
Big Win! Alex, thank you for the courage to carry this through. Far more productive and courageous than our useless politicians who rather are bought or have no idea what to do.

Theftbook is merely protecting its international business interests. They recruit Russian employees and may still have business interests with Putin. They are sensitive to their ChiCom masters and all of Big Tech kisses the asses of those live organ transplanting commies.
