I've noticed you engage with most comments here on Substack - so this is where I'm gonna shoot my shot - would you be willing to give me 15 minutes to jam on some ideas around this concept? I’m starting this venture with a friend. He comes from an agency background, I come from a SaaS background. We’ve both been successful, we feel confident on branding, content, how to run community, and the logistics of setting this whole idea up. What we don’t have is a big audience/network to seed the idea. I mean, we have probably a couple thousand people between us, but nothing like your 337k Twitter followers ;)
My question: if you were us, without your audience, how would you launch a new community based business?

The new AI capabilities for design and other fields seem interesting, but keeping up with it all has proven to be a challenge.
There may be a need for a clearer pathway.
