As we train our brains (intentionally or not) for quick hits of dopamine and info in thirty seconds via TikTok/Instagram, we need to acknowledge that’s the same brain that shows up at work!
So why are we still so focused on annual goals and all day training sessions?
Consider applying your sprint cadence to personal development goals too. Or if you’re not moving in sprints, consider what your whole team can push for over 2-3 weeks vs. 6-12 months.
More micro-goals mean more micro-wins. And that adds up to real momentum.
