Adding on...as both a scientist and instructional designer, it is obvious that the Merk consultant who developed these training materials was trained in Mager's criterion referenced instruction and instructional modular design. Many people in the military have been trained in this instructional design modality. On my scientist side, I have been processing anger over the entire bastardization of science, and now I sit here processing the weaponization of instructional design in the pharmaceutical industry. I hope one of my former employees didn't design this "training"....if so, they took blood money. Disgusted.
I am only 80 years old, so coming to a realization of how many perverts there are in our country was a real loss of innocence. For a decent person, your mind just does not want to believe that there are those who would help "convince" children that they actually want to get their bodies (and minds) mutilated by calling it "gender support". I had to take a deep breath and then force myself to read it -- and then go to prayer to seek the wisdom to deal with it. But their responses are just unpredictable -- because my mind just doesn't think that way. We must learn how to expect and anticipate the worst, because even then we often get caught short.
