It's always here.
In a world full of information at every turn, it's easy to forget that the best place to find it can often be the last place look; inside ourselves.
The heart of cooking is and always will be what you bring to it.
Your inspiration.
Your intuition.
Your instincts.
Your imagination.
Anything in the world that we know and love now came from someone willing to put their heart into something. Their own unique creative expression.
And the more you do it, the more you do find.
So here’s your reminder to tap into your uniqueness.
Cook in a way that expresses who you are and allows you to connect with and love others through food.
It’s a practice you get to come back to and deepen every time you step into the kitchen.
Create your food, your own way.
You don’t need me to tell you what to cook. Recipes are great, but what’s most important to me is for you to be your own inspiration first. To trust yourself and your intuition to create something that nourishes you and those around you.
The rest is icing on the cake.
