It's funny how time and knowledge change as we age, or hopefully it does. 20 years ago I was a brainwashed minion and around 8 years ago started to shake from my stupor when many things I'd been taught just didn't add up or correlate to common sense. I've only recently started following you and receiving the daily email updates. Thanks for calling out all the war criminals both neocons and neoliberal. It's refreshing to here someone as yourself with the ability to be objective in a world of divide and conquer, red team blue team dynamics that it appears the majority of my friends and family are stuck in. I find it close to impossible to have any kind of balanced interaction with anyone. Of course I can blame most of that on the propaganda and MK Ultra tactics that are so effectively employed on citizens in the United States of Divide America. I am living proof that human health is unrelated to age if your nutritional habits are adequate. Start with the realization that allowing GLUTEN into your diet is suicidal. If your family eats bread you absorb only 3% of the nutrition that you take in, and are throwing 97% of your food dollar away.
I objected to the impression you gave me that you believed that Biden or Trump could not escape their "mouthfeel" addictions and do their jobs well enough, IF they ate a proper diet. Biden's frail physical condition is caused by stupid dietary choices and proves to me that everyone around him is either stupid or is intentionally managing his ongoing demise. The same could happen to Trump if he regains the oval office. In their 80's, neither should be trusted to do a president's duties.
Being "87, going on 47", and gluten free since I was 79, I'm hereby requesting a visit with you. I believe we both could benefit from knowing each other politically and/or platonically for a few years.
