I spent the weekend on the Delaware shore — and have the awkward, splotchy sunburn to prove it!
I snapped a few pics along the way — and thought I would share them!
Great pictures, Chris. Beautiful sunset picture!
As they say, a day on the beach is better than a day at work! I hope it was a great weekend. (My family vacation...kids and grandkids, all...is later this month in the Seattle area (never been).
Love the pics, Chris, thanks for sharing. You didn’t stop to see me, lol, we are in Delaware. Speaking of those chips, have tried the tomato pie & pork sandwich. I am not a fan of port, so didn’t care for the chips but had wanted to try them. The tomato pie tastes exactly like a Philly tomato pie. We were born and raised in northern NJ, outside of NYC. However, moved to South Jersey, outside of Philly, in the 80s. Tomato pies are a huge thing in Philly & the burbs, as are the pork sandwiches. Retired to DE to get out of the NJ taxes, etc., didn’t want to be too far from our son and daughter in law who are in South Jersey.
