course you didn't um did your dad have one of those pulse uh things on the finger that measured the oxygen uh i believe so i didn't get to see him in the er they wouldn't let me in to see or not in the yard anywhere uh well um he got sick uh it just seemed like a normal cold there wasn't anything too severe until a few days before he went

Just started breathing really differently. Couldn't get to sleep at all. And it had been a few days going on that way. And he had a hard time keeping anything down. And so by that third day, not sleeping, breathing funny, not eating, we figured it was time to take him in.
