He started out just trying to stop flights from China. The right thing. The Democrats, now the Communist party of the USA, made short shrift of him. He DID take money from Pfizer as I understand it, as a contribution to his inaugural party. I believe the Quid pro quo on that was to not make Kennedy his Surgeon General, or was it he was to be made head of a task force on pharmacology or something.
I get that from someone I know who is a pundit, but also on the campaign team of Kennedy. So take that as one side of a balance scale.
As to the rest of it, some of it I know nothing about so I have no comment. Some I think are misrepresentations of things that did happen, but without a proper historical context.

This is because highly educated people tend to be very conformist. In order to get one's degree, one must obediently jump through many hoops. They invest in the system, because they trust the system will be there for them in the future. I saw where all this was headed in 1990.
