SPEAKER 1
I think that there has to be a demonstrated set of actions that the president and probably only the president can do. And some of those are things like saying, and I'll just use it as an example. I don't know what direction he's going to take yet when it comes to this.

Let's just talk about the FBI as an example. A demonstrated action is to put chains on the doors on Friday afternoon of the... of the inauguration, and park security, even if you had to bring military, National Guard, but Marshal Service, park them around the building, all the entrances, and nobody, and the president stands there,

and the president of the United States, Trump, instead of going to his office in the White House, stops at the, because he's the president now, he stops at the Hoover Building as they're coming down Pennsylvania Avenue, and he stands there and he holds a quick press conference and says, you see this building behind me?

"This isn't going to be a peaceful transfer of power."

General Mike Flynn Joins us for Doug Casey's Take [ep.#359}

Today we’re joined by General Michael Flynn who delivers a blistering critique of the bureaucratic deep state, the Bidenistas, and the dangerous path the U.S. is treading both domestically and internationally. Flynn doesn’t mince words as he outlines the urgent need for bold and unconventional actions to restore order and accountability in government.

"You see this building behind me? It’s never going to ruin your life again."
Flynn describes what real leadership looks like, imagining the moment Trump could shut down the FBI entirely, symbolizing a reckoning for government overreach.

For Flynn, it’s not just about reform—it’s about uprooting entrenched systems:
"There’s no trimming the branches here. It’s time to pull it out by the roots."

He draws parallels between historical leaders like Alexander the Great and Trump, emphasizing the need for extraordinary courage to tackle extraordinary times. Flynn warns of the stakes:
"If Trump doesn’t take these actions, I’m not sure we’ll course correct in time."

From the dangers of escalating tensions with Russia—“We’re one step from World War III”—to the cultural decay caused by a “woke bureaucracy,” Flynn paints a stark picture of America’s challenges. Yet, he remains optimistic that decisive leadership and a mandate for change can restore the nation to greatness.

Discussion about this video

It’s going to be wild. And, no, those who toss around terms like “deplorable” and “garbage” and claim we “cling bitterly” to our guns and Bibles are not the kind to go quietly. But go they shall!

Doug and Matt....thank you so much for the wonderful interview with Michael Flynn. He is outstanding in his assessment of what is really happening right now. He is a true patriot, and has paid dearly for it. We must remove these government creeps right now, and go back to the time when our country had pride and stability!

It all seems hopeless but sometimes when one least expects an anamoly appears.

Thoroughly enjoyed the interview.

I want that man on our team!!

Then get Joe Biden out of there yesterday.

Impeach his ass and the Democrats will go into spin mode and Kamala won’t know what to do because she’ll be spending in a circle anyway that should hopefully distract them long enough to get Trump in there and straighten all this shit out.

A very thought-provoking conversation. I especially liked the idea of shutting down the FBI and similar government organizations that have declined into corrupt, wasteful burdens on the US taxpayer. I share the worry that recent US/NATO missiles fired into Russia will be a crossing of the Rubicon from Putin's perspective. Drastic measures must be taken to deescalate this situation. The Biden administration (or the puppeteer) is playing with fire here. Thank you to Doug & Matt for orchestrating this interview with General Flynn. It was highly relevant.
