The Elon Theory: Why Musk Aligned with the Right, Embraced Trump, & Choses High-Impact Propaganda over Nuance
Elon does not care about being "accurate" anymore... why? Takes too much time and is less efficient.
Elon Musk’s evolution from pioneering tech entrepreneur to full-blown right-wing influencer probably isn’t simply a matter of personal whim, it’s a strategic (or perhaps adaptive) shift aimed at reshaping U.S. & global politics.
Musk has embraced a high-impact, sometimes inaccurate posting style on X — but I think he’s doing this because he thinks it’s the only chance at saving the U.S. (and potentially Europe) from the “woke mind virus.”
In other words, Musk saw the path the U.S. was headed down under Biden — and where the EU currently stands… and thinks that left-wing propaganda (weaponization of the media) coupled with demographic change goes against all principles that made the U.S. great in the first place.
He’s trying to prevent a “fall of the Roman Empire” type scenario in the U.S. which the left-wing is pushing: illegal immigration, redistribution (socialist ideals), communist ideals, censorship (anti-free speech), anti-meritocratic ideals, anti-free market, anti-capitalism, and discrimination (against whites/men).
Note: I think this strategy (not even sure if intentionally strategic) is the only smart play to make in 2025 if in Elon’s position with his goals.
Elon Musk 2025: The End of Nuance
When Elon told advertisers: “Go fuck yourself” — I think he’s still here mentally. He’s done being Mr. Nice Guy with a party that has deliberately taken actions to damage Tesla, SpaceX, and the U.S. — all because they don’t like Elon.
Under the Biden administration, the U.S. DOJ filed a lawsuit against Elon Musk for not hiring asylum seekers and refugees at SpaceX (a government company)… this was deliberate targeting of Musk… this poses a national security risk and is essentially saying Musk should sacrifice both security and merit to hire non-Americans that just arrived. (This was eventually halted.)
Biden also regularly praised and gave special benefits to EV companies other than Tesla (not invited to EV summit, snubbed in awards, etc.). Biden also relied on Musk’s StarLink (via SpaceX) at various points of his presidency while trying to take full credit without even acknowledging Musk.
Biden aligned with anti-American ideals (ideals that weren’t any part of what made the U.S. a super power). He prioritized: being light on crime (commuted 37 murderers), non-Americans getting benefits/jobs (over Americans), pushing socialism, discriminating (against whites/males), giving illegal immigrants more benefits than citizens, etc.
This led Elon to buying X. At the time everyone said Elon screwed X it won’t ever be profitable… blah blah. Now it’s profitable despite an exodus of wokes and many advertisers pulling out. Had advertisers stayed, he’d be crushing the former X/Twitter in profits. I think they’re doing much better financially as of February 2025.
The woke/Biden admin was going against the will of the actual people in favor of their virtue signaling bullshit. However, Trump is only in office 4 years and next election is no guarantee. Elon is going all out with realignment/polarization in effort to save the country from complete disaster — even if it means spreading propaganda.
In short, the left wing developed extreme Elon Derangement Syndrome (EDS). (I’m not the first to think of this but some have copied/rewritten versions of my article/concepts through ChatGPTs and spread it around the internet.)

Elon Spreading Misinformation & Inaccuracies on X: Don’t Care Bro
Musk no longer appears to prioritize meticulous fact-checking of his tweets or retweets. He acknowledges flaws in some of the claims he promotes, yet continues sharing them.
Why? In the current digital climate, debunking takes too long. Even obvious falsehoods can shape public opinion before any correction gains traction. In Musk’s eyes, propaganda works—just as it has for left-wing causes.
Owning the Narrative on X
His purchase of X (formerly Twitter) gives him an unrivaled megaphone to seed ideas—accurate or not—that resonate with his supporters.
Once a viral post takes off, the correction or “Community Notes” often arrives too late to undo the initial impact.
Brandolini’s Law in Action
There’s a concept called “Brandolini’s Law” or the “Bullshit Asymmetry Principle” coined in 2013 by Italian programmer Alberto Brandolini who suggests:
“The amount of energy needed to refute bullshit is an order of magnitude bigger than that needed to produce it.”
Debunking misinformation is notoriously resource-intensive compared to spreading it. Musk, ever the efficiency hawk, might see the cost-benefit ratio as favoring rapid, attention-grabbing claims.
The occasional correction is a small price to pay if the broader narrative is successfully planted. (I’m not sure if Musk consciously thought of this, but it’s working for him either way.)
Note: I think Musk was smart adding “community notes” but people don’t really check this much or quick enough. They get notices but by the time the notes notice comes around most don’t really go back and see what was wrong (the misinfo is in their heads). Ideally we’d have Grok doing real-time analysis and flagging with Grok notes and then community feedback (if Grok is inaccurate). This way any viral post could be rapidly checked by Grok (assuming not comedic post or whatever wherein facts aren’t required).
Musk: Propaganda vs. “Woke” Censorship
Musk has repeatedly accused mainstream outlets and Big Tech of tilting leftward. He believes:
Left-Leaning Misinformation: Corporate media and social media platforms systematically downplay or distort stories that conflict with progressive talking points.
Censorship of Dissent: Conservatives and free-speech advocates are disproportionately “fact-checked,” demonetized, or de-platformed.
By acquiring X, Musk is effectively “fighting fire with fire”—using the same viral, knee-jerk tactics that he believes the left has long exploited.
If they could frame elections and shape culture through selective coverage, Musk will push counter-narratives, even if they’re not always perfectly accurate.
Efficiency > Meticulous Accuracy
Musk’s approach isn’t necessarily to lie outright; it’s more about playing the “headline game.” The left wing does this just as much as anyone on the extremes… and pre-Musk Twitter was a cesspool of left-wing inaccurate propaganda… Even questioning it would result in a ban.
Initial Impression Matters Most: Once a striking claim is out, it cements a perception in people’s minds.
Corrections Lag: Community Notes or other fact-checks show up too late—and often reach fewer people.
Mission Over Detail: Musk seems to accept these trade-offs if they further his ultimate goal: reshaping national policy in ways he sees fit.
This might be the best example of Brandolini’s Law in modern politics: the “bullshit asymmetry principle” states it’s easier to create buzz with bold statements than to disprove them. Musk, ever pragmatic, concludes that old-school “fact-check everything” ideals are too slow to match the pace of digital discourse.
Recent Examples of Misinformation by Elon Musk (2025)
It is true that Biden was basically throwing money away, lighting it on fire, making it rain 24/7… but that doesn’t mean everything “DOGE” or Elon says is true. Elon is busy and just trying to convey what DOGE finds… the interpretation of the findings may be inaccurate though.
Some of these are accurate in a roundabout way… for example the U.S. was sending HIV prevention funds abroad — just not “condoms for Gaza” etc. $59 million was diverted toward hotels for illegals (just not all “luxury”) etc.
To be completely fair, you can read the “latest work” of DOGE and track what they are saying on DOGE.gov. (At least Musk is trying to make some effort here… nobody has ever actually tried to show the American people where their money was going.)
$50 Million for Condoms to Gaza/Hamas
Claim: The U.S. government spent $50 million sending condoms to Gaza and Hamas.
Reality: The funds were allocated to an HIV prevention program in Gaza Province, Mozambique. Musk later acknowledged the error while questioning the appropriateness of the aid.
USAID as a “Money Laundering” Operation
Claim: USAID was described as a mechanism for “money laundering taxpayers’ money into far-left organizations.”
Reality: Investigations found no evidence of criminal activity or improper financial transfers, despite rhetoric echoing broader Republican criticisms.
Samantha Power’s Earnings as USAID Chief
Claim: Musk amplified a false figure, alleging former USAID Administrator Samantha Power earned $23 million between 2020 and 2024.
Reality: Federal disclosures show her annual salary was $183,100, with additional investments unrelated to her role—the $23 million figure is entirely fabricated.
$100 Billion in Fraudulent Entitlement Payments
Claim: Musk alleged that $100 billion in entitlement payments were made to individuals without valid IDs, with half of that amount being fraudulent.
Reality: No evidence has been provided to support this claim, and Treasury officials have not corroborated these figures; Musk’s reliance on unnamed “insiders” leaves the claim unverified.
Transparency of DOGE’s Operations
Claim: Musk asserted that the Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE) is “the most transparent organization.”
Reality: The DOGE website is virtually blank—displaying only a logo and a generic message—and the agency is exempt from Freedom of Information Act requests until 2034, which undercuts its transparency claims.
Sweden School Shooting Misrepresentation
Claim: Musk asserted that European politicians and legacy media ignored a Swedish school shooting that killed 10 people.
Reality: Major outlets like BBC, Le Monde, and Der Spiegel extensively covered the incident. Furthermore, European leaders publicly condemned the attack, and Musk’s own X platform flagged the post as misinformation.
U.S. Disaster Relief Funds Claim
Claim: Musk alleged that $59 million in FEMA disaster relief funds were diverted to house migrants in “luxury hotels.”
Reality: The funds originated from the Shelter and Services Program and were used to reimburse New York City at an average rate of $156 per night—well below Manhattan market rates—with no evidence supporting claims of “luxury” hotel spending.
Downplaying Government Shutdown Impacts
Claim: Musk suggested that a government shutdown would have “negligible effects.”
Reality: According to Congressional Budget Office findings, the 2019 shutdown delayed $18 billion in spending, reduced GDP by billions in subsequent quarters, and IRS enforcement delays resulted in an estimated $2 billion in lost tax revenue.
Ukraine Aid and Stadium Funding Misinformation
Claim: Musk misrepresented a $1.7 trillion bipartisan spending bill by alleging it included funding for a $3 billion D.C. stadium.
Reality: The legislation allocated $45 billion for Ukraine (military and humanitarian aid) and $40 billion for U.S. disaster relief, with no provisions for stadium funding.
Analysis: All 9 claims are demonstrably false, relying on misrepresented data, geographic confusion, or outright fabrication. Independent fact-checks and government reports consistently contradict these assertions.
Context & Responses
Admitted Errors: Musk has stated, “Some of the things I say may be incorrect and should be corrected.”
Criticism: Critics argue these assertions serve to justify sweeping reforms, including mass federal worker firings and budget cuts.
Political Amplification: Despite pushback from career officials and fact-checkers, both the White House and GOP lawmakers have amplified many of Musk’s claims.
These incidents reveal a pattern of spreading misinformation to support DOGE’s agenda, raising concerns about the agency's credibility and the broader risks of privatizing government oversight.
Why does Musk align with the right? Polarization & Max Influence
This is what I think… If Musk tried to juggle nuanced centrist positions, he’d risk losing both sides.
That would hobble his ability to effect tangible change. Instead, he’s consolidating a dedicated conservative following, creating a simpler path to push reforms.
Whether in Washington, D.C., or on the international stage, a large, loyal base is more powerful than a fractured, lukewarm coalition.
Consolidated Support: Right-wing influencers and politicians see Musk as an ally who’s unafraid of leftist backlash.
Direct Policy Influence: With an energized conservative base behind him, Musk can advocate for deregulation, immigration restrictions, or other policy shifts more effectively.
Mission First, Details Later
Historically, Musk’s motto has been “move fast and break things,” echoing Silicon Valley’s disruptive ethos. In politics, that translates to:
Rapid Narrative Shifts: “Are we 100% correct?” becomes secondary to “Are we pushing the conversation quickly and forcefully enough to save America from meltdown?”
Overriding Urgency: He perceives the stakes—immigration, free speech, a ballooning debt—as so high that tiptoeing around the facts could be suicidal for his agenda.
A Deliberate Strategy or Subconscious Adaptation?
Some speculate Musk studied Brandolini’s Law and intentionally applies misinformation tactics. Others say he’s just instinctively using what works: short bursts of high-impact content, repeated often, to saturate feeds and bypass the slower mainstream media cycle.
Deliberate Strategist: He recognized the left’s success in shaping narratives and decided to replicate their methods.
Adaptive Hustler: He’s simply a savvy operator who noticed that bomb-throwing tweets yield outsized political clout, so he’s riding the wave.
Either way, the outcome is the same: a high volume of right-friendly, occasionally inaccurate statements that keep Musk’s name—and his causes—in constant circulation.
The Goal: “Saving America” (U.S.) & Maybe EU (If Possible) from the “Woke Mind Virus” & Californiazation
Fear of Demographic Replacement
Musk and many on the right see unvetted mass immigration as a recipe for a permanent left-leaning voter base. California is the prime example: demographic changes correlated with the state’s deep-blue shift.
Nonwhite voters—while not monolithic—do tend to favor Democrats. Reproducing that dynamic nationwide could usher in a “uniparty” era dominated by progressive ideologies.
“Californization” in Detail
Demographic Shifts: Large influxes of immigrants who favor Democratic policies (even if some subgroups lean conservative).
Policy Consequences: Higher taxes, more regulations, and expansions of social programs that, in Musk’s view, stifle innovation and punish merit.
What Was the Threat Under Biden?
Under the Biden administration, Musk and similar critics identified multiple red flags:
Anti-White Racism & Anti-Male Discrimination: Programs or hiring practices that openly prioritize certain races/genders.
Socialist or Communist-Leaning Ideals: Growing acceptance of big government and “equity” agendas, risking economic stagnation.
Importing “Replacements”: Lax immigration policies potentially dilute the founding American ethos of free speech and capitalist competition.
Merit Erosion: Identity-based hiring threatens competitiveness in business, tech, and research.
Massive Debt & Zero Transparency: Exploding government spending, with minimal oversight—something Musk’s proposed “Department of Government Efficiency” (DOGE) aims to confront.
Core American Values Musk Wants to Protect
These are what made the U.S. great in the first place. It’s not necessarily about blocking immigrants… it’s about only allowing immigrants that preserve the base principles or ideals that made America a super-power in the first place.
Free Speech: Unfettered debate fosters innovation and checks government overreach.
Merit & Fair Treatment: No identity-based quotas or punishments—merit should rule.
Innovation & Capitalism: The very bedrock of Tesla, SpaceX, and broader American success.
Homogeneity of American Values: Not necessarily ethnic homogeneity, but a shared commitment to Western ideals of liberty, individualism, and market dynamism.
The Near-Uniparty Phenomenon: 2024 Demographics & Political Implications
The 2024 presidential election results reveal a striking demographic divide that underscores a broader, long-term trend. Many say “Latinos” won the election for Trump, but this is misleading. If it were up to Latinos only, Trump would’ve lost the election in 2024.
The only reason Trump won was because of a White-majority vote AND a historically above-average right-wing vote for Latinos (though still not over 50%). So basically you had to get the high Latinos for Trump vote and Whites to show up or Kamala would’ve taken it.
2000 U.S. Demographics: Whites: ~69%; Hispanic: ~12.5%; Black: ~12.3%; Asian: ~3.6%; Multi: ~2.4%
2025 U.S. Demographics: Whites: ~57.7%; Hispanic: ~19.9%; Black: ~12.7%; Asian: ~6.3%; Multi: ~2.6%
Regardless of the underlying reasons (genetic tendencies, wanting to help their other family members enter U.S. easier, etc.) — non-whites historically and currently vote majority left-wing (aligning closely with policies in the native countries that they are fleeing).
2024 Election (Trump vs. Harris) Racial Breakdown
White Voters:
Trump: 58%
Opponent: 40%
Black Voters:
Trump: 12%
Opponent: 87%
Hispanic/Latino Voters:
Trump: 41%
Opponent: 57%
Asian Voters:
Trump: 36–38%
Opponent: 60%
While Trump achieved some gains among Hispanic and Asian voters, the decisive factor remains the solid backing of white voters—the Republican backbone. Critics who argue that Trump’s success is solely due to historically high Latino support miss the larger picture.
The data shows that:
Nonwhite voters as a whole continue to favor progressive candidates by substantial margins.
Even with modest gains among minority groups, the combined electoral weight of Black, Hispanic, and Asian voters overwhelmingly supports progressive policies.
This phenomenon, often referred to as “californization,” is a central element in my theory. If current demographic trends persist, America risks evolving into a near-uniparty state, where progressive, identity-based policies dominate—undermining the meritocratic, free-market values that many conservatives, including Elon Musk, believe are essential to national greatness.
While Trump’s gains among Latino and other nonwhite voters are noteworthy, they remain insufficient to offset the critical, consistent support from white voters. Without this key demographic, the conservative movement would collapse.
This underscores the urgency behind Musk’s warning: unchecked demographic shifts could irreversibly tilt the nation’s political landscape, paving the way for a future that departs sharply from traditional Western ideals.
Extending the Mission Globally: “Saving” Europe Too (MAGA → MEGA)
While most attention is on the U.S., Musk sees similar pitfalls overseas. He also realizes that without some mainstream media and political influence, he has zero shot at trying to get EU on the right track (they’ve gone overboard with taxation, regulation, socialism, non-selective immigration, anti-free speech, suicidal empathy).
Forced Multiculturalism in Europe: Rapid immigration without cultural alignment can, in his view, erode nations’ historical identities and hamper free speech.
Proliferation of “Woke” Policies: Europe’s bureaucracy, especially in the EU, sometimes imposes speech regulations and diversity mandates that Musk interprets as an affront to merit and open discourse.
Preserving European Identity
Musk’s stance mirrors that of various far-right European parties that argue rapid demographic changes undermine national cohesion.
Though he may not overtly endorse them, he echoes their skepticism toward “unrestrained immigration” and the spread of progressive activism.
Preventing the “Woke Mind Virus” & “Suicidal Empathy” Abroad
Just as in America, Musk believes that top-down, politically correct rules hamper open dialogue, driving Europe toward a stifling blend of socialism and cultural erasure.
Aligning with right-wing thought leaders could, in his view, help reverse or at least stall these trends. He believes that whites are essentially Trojan horsing themselves as a result of “suicidal empathy” (they allow immigrants from anywhere to enter, and these immigrants exploit the native population/host — in a parasitic way until the host essentially dies and country becomes similar to the countries the immigrants fleed in the first place).
Inside Musk’s Head: Does He Know He’s Spreading Misinformation?
Possibility #1: Conscious Weaponization
One theory posits that Musk is fully aware of what he’s doing. He grasps that half-truths can travel faster and plant themselves more firmly in the public mind than carefully vetted facts. From this perspective:
Deliberate Tactic: Musk has studied the playbook of left-leaning media, concluded it’s effective, and decided to employ the same fast-spreading, headline-grabbing tactics.
“If the Left Can Do It, I Can Do It Better”: He might believe that legacy media and progressive activists have waged a propaganda war for years, so he sees no reason not to fight fire with fire—especially if he thinks time is running out to “save” America.
Maximizing Influence: By staying in the spotlight—through provocative tweets or selective amplification of questionable claims—Musk leverages each news cycle to his advantage, molding public opinion before fact-checks can gain traction.
Possibility #2: Adaptive Hustle
Another possibility is that Musk isn’t meticulously plotting a propaganda master plan but rather adapts on the fly:
Organic Instinct: He’s a naturally disruptive thinker who sees what resonates with his online following and doubles down. He’s not systematically “weaponizing” falsehoods; he’s just using a high-velocity approach to keep conversation perpetually swirled around him.
Trial and Error: His entire career—Tesla, SpaceX, even PayPal—has involved swift iteration and bold risk-taking. Politics, in that sense, might be just another domain where he’s discovered that speed and controversy draw far more engagement than carefully fact-checked statements.
Overlooking Accuracy: Accuracy can become collateral damage. Musk may well care about truth in a broad sense but consider immediate “viral cut-through” more important in the day-to-day battle for hearts and minds.
X’s Community Notes: An Inevitable Delay
In theory, X’s Community Notes (fact-checking) can correct misinformation. In practice, it lags behind viral tweets. By the time a note appears, the original post has already racked up thousands of shares, shaping public discourse.
Musk acknowledges the feature but appears unbothered by its slow catch-up dynamic, suggesting he’s comfortable with the asymmetric advantage of initial impressions.
Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE) and the Drive for Transparency
One of Musk’s creations is the Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE). The concept aligns perfectly with his declared mission to “drain the swamp” and institute a more merit-driven, less wasteful governance structure.
Exposing Rampant Waste
Supporters claim that:
Opportunistic Agencies: Under previous administrations, many federal agencies rubber-stamped funding requests without detailed justification. Musk wants to shine a light on every line item, forcing transparency.
Accountability Overlip: If DOGE publicly questions large expenditures or grants, it could deter frivolous spending and root out the habit of blindly approving budgets.
Installing “His Minions”
Critics argue that Musk’s real aim is to:
Expand Personal Influence: By placing loyalists in key oversight roles, Musk can shape policy to favor his own ideological (and possibly business) interests.
Privatize Government Functions: Some fear a scenario where essential public responsibilities get outsourced to Musk-affiliated entities, diminishing checks and balances.
Challenging the Status Quo
Regardless of motive, DOGE represents a radical break from incremental, bureaucratic traditions. For many Americans—especially those tired of government bloat—Musk’s aggressive approach is a welcome shock to the system. Others warn it could centralize power in the hands of one billionaire who’s shown he’s willing to circumvent established processes.
“He’s Trying to Destroy the U.S.!” vs. “He’s Saving It.”
Why Musk Isn’t Out to Destroy the U.S.
Musk loves the U.S. and is trying to preserve the ideals that catapulted the U.S. to become dominant.
Some opponents accuse Musk of breaking institutions or sowing chaos. From my perspective, and that of Musk’s supporters, such criticism misses the point.
Biden’s “Government Ponzi”: Under the previous administration, debt ballooned with little transparency. Musk sees the economy as precariously perched on unsustainable spending.
Anti-Merit & Anti-American Policies: Identity politics—where race or gender trumps qualifications—erodes the excellence that built America’s tech and industrial might.
Unchecked Immigration: If the U.S. continues admitting newcomers without filtering for Western, pro-freedom values, Musk believes the entire national character risks upheaval.
He’s Taking the Fight to the Next Level: Musk isn’t dismantling America but course-correcting it, using all means available—his reputation, billions in capital, and the power of X—to oppose what he deems a permanent left-wing takeover.
The Counterargument: Potential for Collateral Damage
It is possible that if Vance (or the right-wing candidate for Republicans) loses in 2028… we will see a massive “boomerang effect” trying to reverse everything that happens under Trump. Even as soon as the mid-terms (2026) things could get heated/contentious if the Democrats get key wins.
Unintended Consequences: Polarizing rhetoric can push moderates away, intensifying political discord.
Authoritarian Risks: Concentrating so much political and media clout in one individual raises concerns about democracy.
Global Blowback: If Musk’s anti-woke stance emboldens right-wing parties internationally, it may lead to tensions with progressive governments and disrupt diplomatic ties.
Where Might This All Lead?
Best Case
Real Reform: Musk’s bulldozer tactics expose hidden corruption and force genuine accountability in Washington.
Controlled, Values-Based Immigration: By tightening entry to those who genuinely embrace American principles—free speech, capitalism—the U.S. (and possibly Europe) retains its historical identity and competitive edge.
End of Woke Ideology: The “woke mind virus” recedes, replaced by a more balanced approach that respects free speech and individual merit.
Innovation & Prosperity: Freed from excessive regulation and identity mandates, businesses and tech innovators flourish, propelling the West into a new golden age.
Worst Case (Critics’ View)
Deeper Polarization: Incessant misinformation and confrontational rhetoric fuel an even sharper national divide.
International Discord: Aligning with right-wing populists globally could sever alliances with more progressive nations, causing diplomatic and economic strife.
Permanent Disruption Without Solutions: Exposing waste is one thing, but critics worry Musk’s style might destroy trust in institutions without building stable alternatives. Also possible the short-term perceived benefits don’t outweigh the long game.
Conclusion: The Genius Who Doesn’t Give Anymore Fs…
Elon Musk’s transformation from Silicon Valley icon to right-wing power broker reveals a man on a mission—either consciously or by instinct. He’s decided that meticulous nuance and factual perfection are luxuries in a high-speed media ecosystem.
If propaganda works, he’ll use it. If the left can shape narratives, he can push back harder. And if “californization,” anti-merit policies, and creeping socialism really do threaten America’s foundational ideals, then the stakes are too high for him to play a “clean game.”
Why Some Say He’s “Lost His Mind”: Musk’s brash language, questionable retweets, and seeming disregard for corrections jar those who admired his engineering genius but never expected such heavy political involvement.
Why You Argue He’s Just Beyond Caring: For Musk, the ends justify the means. He perceives a crisis—one he believes is existential. So, if misinformation or hyperbole rallies the troops, so be it.
Time Will Tell: Will this bulldozer approach lead to real reform, renewed prosperity, and a bolstering of Western values? Or will it exacerbate polarization and undermine the institutions it aims to fix?
Final thoughts: Elon Musk has harnessed a blend of pragmatic opportunism and ideological fervor—weaponizing the very tools the left had previously monopolized. Yes, he risks inaccuracies, but from his vantage point, the mission dwarfs any single misstatement. For better or worse, he’s determined to “save America” (and Europe) from becoming a landscape he believes is overrun by wokeness, demographic overhauls, and creeping socialism. The final outcome remains uncertain, but Musk is clearly betting that his polarizing path is the only way to avert what he sees as the West’s imminent decline.
