What's the opposite of greed? It's generosity. And generosity can take many forms. You can be generous with your time or your resources. You can be generous with empathy for those who might be suffering. And most of all, you can be generous with your willingness to listen. The most valuable form of generosity is your attention.

And when you show someone you're truly listening to them, You're showing them that they matter. So try some things like this. Put down your phone when someone's talking with you. Set your laptop or turn away from your screen when someone comes into your office. Just let them know that you're listening and that they're the most important thing
