There’s so much noise online when it comes to GLP-1 medications (like Ozempic, Mounjaro, and Wegovy), and it feels like everyone has an opinion. We’ve all watched people lose weight the last few years—some are upfront and others stay silent. There was a shortage for diabetics who need this medication—it got really complex.
We look at celebrities like Ariana Grande and Demi Moore who look far too thin. They have next to no body fat—it’s too much, in my opinion, and not healthy.
In today’s post, I’m going to share why my doctor prescribed GLP-1s, how long I took it, how much weight I lost, and how this medication completely changed my mental health and relationship with food.
