Today, Juno News attempted to deliver questions to Liberal candidate Thomas Keeper at his campaign office in Calgary Confederation. Instead of coming clean about his past, he called the police and lied to them about the interaction that we had.
He says that Keean Bexte got physical with him, and is his basis for filing a restraining order. Little did the Liberal candidate know, Bexte was recording the interaction with a hidden camera.
The entire interaction was caught on camera, showing our reporter politely trying to hand Thomas Keeper an envelope containing inquiries about serious allegations raised by multiple sources. Keeper refused to accept the documents, and moments later, he called the police. He claimed our reporter had been physical with him.
The footage in this video captures the entire incident, including the arrival of law enforcement. It makes clear that there was no physical aggression by our reporter. In fact, Keeper’s call to the police appears to be an attempt to intimidate or mislead, rather than to address any real threat. Juno News is releasing this unedited video to set the record straight.
As of this writing, we have not received any court documents indicating Keeper has followed through on his threat to file a restraining order. We will update readers if new information becomes available.
Juno News will be publishing further details about Keeper's past later this week once he has time to open the envelope of questions and provide a response to this outlet.
