The “P” in NPR is so important. It is truely our public radio. A small number of people have or can afford Sirius satellite radio which has a very wide choice of programing from all kind of music to politics. I grew up with my aunt who lived with us always having WQXR on the AM radio (no FM in those days) and developed an appreciation of classical music.
