SOLD OUT: STAY TUNED FOR FUTURE WORKSHOPS
A Symposium For Carbon Removal Deployment
Washington DC | June 21 & June 22

As innovators work toward gigaton carbon removal, project deployment is where the rubber hits the road. In June, we co-hosted workshop in Washington DC for a deep dive into questions such as, what is required for a project to break ground successfully and how can projects be deployed in a responsible way that earns support from communities?

The Institute for Carbon Removal Law and Policy at American University, XRPIZE Carbon Removal, Consortium for Science Policy & Outcomes at Arizona State University, and the Carbon Business Council and its sister organization the Carbon Development Council hosted a two-day ‘summer school.’ Geared for carbon removal project developers, symposium participants heard from leaders in the carbon removal field and received actionable information for how projects can be deployed responsibly.
