Our Teaching Philosophy

  1. Meditation Can Change Your Life Quickly: Meditation can be so much more than stress reduction. Jhana states show that profound, life-changing altered states are accessible. Modern research validates their existence, and better teaching methods can lead to 10x powerful experiences in hours, not years.

  2. Experimentation, Not Dogma: Meditation is a skill that’s learnable. We aim to provide you with first-principles and context you need to run your own experiments. We’re inspired by various meditation traditions, EEG research, and positive psychology. We don’t teach a religion, and we want these practices to fit into your life.

  3. Come for Altered States, Stay for Personal Growth: Our alumni are awesome — there are few communities of people that care as deeply about meditation depth, wellbeing, and chasing dreams. We think the real prize is when altered states begin to alter traits: having bliss and peace on demand often leads to more altruism and less fear.

Online Work-Compatible

Meditate with limited time off work, and immediately apply learnings to your daily life. Full practice days both weekends (Fri to Su) with 1.5hr before and after work M-Th.
