Get rid of something. Whether donating an item or canceling an unused subscription, you’ll feel a tiny bit lighter right away.
Send something thoughtful to someone else. A compliment, a news article or just a cheery hello to someone you don’t need anything from. This isn’t to get. It’s to give.
Zero in on wherever you are right now and only that room. What’s in the room? What is the temperature? What do you hear? Wait for one minute in that present state.
