The reason that 90% weren't reporting deaths for the survey, is that just like myself, we didn't know the vaccine status, we didn't record the dates at the time, our recollection of the event wasn't accurate enough to be reliable for the survey. I personally knew of 3 deaths, but couldn't be sure about all the facts.
