So actually Carter was and is the most successful Liberal at destroying American from within. We seem to always have a bigger battle in mind when they keep moving the ball on us and end up in the red zone while we are still thinking we are stopping them
Your plan looks familiar and so far it is working. Just started having a monthly blood test done by Siphoxhealth.com which is 14 individual tests and 17 results. They also get my Fitbit data so know my exercise and sleep patterns and report results compared to others. Plan to adjust diet a bit and also increase my exercise from a walk to a jog over four months. It costs $95 per month so will look at it in four months. Start up company that has a great plan for people wanting to take control of health. At 85 and shooting for 100.
John, got a little caught up in your subscription thing. After 40 years of high power corporate life, I have turned to our Lord Jesus Christ. One thing I am working on is to give total trust to Him rather than self reliance...this is a life changer, and no, I have not achieved that yet!
