The Conscious Feminine Leader

Most of my work is centered on an archetype I call the Conscious Feminine Leader. Through a combination of deep somatic work and executive coaching, I guide women to find that leader within themselves.

Who is she, you ask? She is:

  • Aligned with her purpose and is executing a plan to enact it

  • Deeply connected to her body, the earth, and the world around her

  • Knows her boundaries, and invests time to support them

  • Fosters and enjoys deep and fulfilling relationships

Tasooji

I’m an executive coach based in Los Angeles, and the creator of The Antidote, an online meditation community supporting thousands of women.

My practice is informed by over a decade of executive experience, including roles at Deloitte, Disney and leading startups in Silicon Valley.

My journey began after years of burnout and a diagnosis of cervical cancer that upended my life. After years of training in everything from somatic psychology and meditation to menstrual cycle awareness, I started to apply my knowledge to support others.

As a Certified Integrative Transformational Coach, I’ve built a practice helping women find presence and balance while achieving their highest goals.
