It’s grey and foggy today so I turned on the oven to roast chestnuts and one of my favorite recipes from Ever-Green Vietnamese, char siu cauliflower. Meanwhile on the other side of the country, Susan Marquis baked up my mapo tofu mac and cheese from PTFS. It’s the season for turning on our lovin’ ovens! What’s going on in yours?
