03/19/25 Update - Bill FAILED on an 8-8 vote

Today, Tuesday, March 18th at 1:30pm in the House Agriculture Affairs Committee, Rep. Steve Tanner (LD13) is presenting H(house bill) 404, the updated Chicken Ownership bill which allows residential property owners to own up to a certain # of chickens depending on the size of the property.
