Nothing can prepare you for losing a child. Our dear son Sam went home to Jesus yesterday after 8 months in the NICU. If you are a praying person, please pray for us. A teacher at the school where my husband works said he shared my newsletter on writing by hand with his students to help them understand why they have to learn penmanship and turn in handwritten papers. I’ve got a job!
After interviewing for the job last week, I received a call from them yesterday.
“You were not successful in this role, BUT we have another role we want to offer you,” they said.
It’s not quite what I expected, but I have a job. A part-time job that fits around my writing and my family. I am so happy.

In the Catholic tradition Holy Thursday begins the Triduum and as is our tradition, we celebrate the institution of the Eucharist, as celebrated with the washing of the feet, renew the commitment of ministry members and clergy.
