The FBI is launching a corruption investigation into the Virginia lawmaker who led the redistricting push there.

Maybe there is something there, but at this point the DOJ has lost the presumption that it is operating in a non-partisan way. Worth asking how this investigation got initiated. Did someone from the White House/DOJ push the FBI to take a look?
