Toyin, adding more than 0.3% Zenakine™—up to 3%—has a greater positive impact, as evidenced by dose-dependent increases in melatonin production, cellular energy (NAD+/NADH, ATP), ECM components, barrier function, and SIRT1 expression. These enhancements translate to more pronounced anti-ageing effects (e.g., reduced wrinkles, improved fi…

Last Feb I casually posted this neck stretch on Instagram (that I thought everyone knew 🤷‍♀️) and it blew up in a way I couldn’t imagine. It’s now been viewed over 8 million times 🫣😬🤣 and has brought so many wonderful people into my world.

So give it a go, it’s a pretty lovely stretch. (Though it’s not actually magic, it’s just an up…

With Holy Week approaching, I was thinking of sharing a short daily meditation from St. Thomas Aquinas. Nothing from me—just his wisdom—but I’d do my best to walk you through it and help you understand it. Would that interest you?

Here in Virginia, there are plenty of doctors, but it's very hard to get an initial appointment. The earliest appointment I could get for a neurosurgeon was a month out, then the office called to put off the appointment for another two weeks. Then they called back to tell me that it would be a virtual appointment.

When I said that wouldn't do, they wanted me to be vaxxed before an in-person appointment. All of this hassle on a neurolgical problem for an old injury. I can imagine that it might be as bad or worse for a vaccine poisoning victim.

Not me? I do see the "phenomenon" you are talking about - but its not us and we don't see why? Who knows the mind of the guilty or scared? Alamogordo is a small city though. All the delays seem to be in albuquerque or las cruces here

I've been searching in the Richmond .Va area. Seems all the doctors are concentrated around the cities here. One office assistant for a clinic told me over the phone that they are going by "the mask and vaccine mandate". I said that I never heard of any such thing issued by the state, and she said it wasn't the state, it was the CDC.

I didn't know that the CDC had the authority to issue mandates to physicians.

You should ask how much compliance thousand$ do they get for doing it. Everywhere I look, people are "forcing compliance on others" for large amounts of money. Cash per victim is clearly what is " buying" these conditions.
