Islam in America dates back centuries. There are mosques all over the US. It makes sense that they set up base in the US. Other countries would be loathe to let them into the military but America is different and serving or veteran jihadis have been running amok from Fort Hood to New Orleans. It's hard to tell the difference between Islamist jihadis and Americans. The main difference seems to be in the choice of who to butcher. Americans like to butcher Asians and Arabs. Jihadis like to butcher non-believers in their delusion.
