See this guy? He is ICE prosecutor James Rodden. Rodden was exposed by the Texas Observer nearly a year ago for running a white-supremacist X account praising Hitler and calling America a “White nation.” After being exposed he was pulled from court proceedings. Now, he’s back in immigration court.

Congress asked for an investigation into him and ICE promised one within 120 days. Clearly, ICE decided his racist behavior is of no concern to leadership at ICE or DHS.

Same racist shit, different day.
