This old growth Chinquapin Oak is over 11 feet in circumference at 5 feet off the ground.

This is one of the trees in a forest the Government and their corporate friends intend to clearcut and bulldoze (using weaponized expropriation aka eminent domain laws) to build a power line for data centers and electric vehicles.

They call it sustainable development.

I call it greenwashed profitable ecocide.

I will be doing everything I can to protect this tree and his elder brothers and sisters for future generations.
