Paramount's $108 billion hostile bid to acquire Warner Bros. is being partially funded by Jared Kushner's Affinity Partners and investment firms from Saudi Arabia, Qatar, and Abu Dhabi, all of which have agreed to invest in the deal without receiving any governance rights or board seats.

I’m sure that’s just because they think its a terrific investment and has nothing to do with them trying to acquire political power behind the scenes.
