My goal is to provide the clarity, support, and balance I once searched for, guiding you toward a deeper understanding of your body and helping you reclaim the vibrant energy and well-being you deserve.
My journey began with a series of wake-up calls that only grew louder over time—gestational diabetes, hypothyroidism, and burnout. Leaving the doctor’s office with no clear answers or roadmap, I decided to take responsibility for my health. I immersed myself in functional nutrition, learned to listen to my body, and made the connections that led to lasting change. Through this newsletter, I’m here to share those lessons, the strategies I have learned, and how you can take actionable steps toward optimal health.
I’m also deeply passionate about children’s nutrition, eating real food as a family, and nurturing a healthy, balanced lifestyle together. Beyond nutrition, I believe in the power of personal growth and development, which I integrate into my own life and in the support I provide to others.
