I’ve let self-optimizing go.

I’m done with life hacks, systems, habit creation, alarms.

I wake up when I wake up. I don’t measure steps or workouts anymore. I’m letting my Apple Watch gather dust.

And guess what? I still hit deadlines.

Only now I do it to my internal timetable, my Karl-ified method that there is no course for, one that allows for sunshine.
