following up on this week’s experiment, just 4 days of high carb intake and we are down almost 50% in fat oxidation rates, despite high training volumes (strava.com/athletes/120…)
A bit of running for science yesterday: 60 km of foggy asphalt (strava.com/activities/1…) to see where I could push fat oxidation rates. The hardest part is always getting back on the treadmill for the measurement after the run :)
