Goop Kitchen posted their nutrition info. Here are my honest thoughts:
Handhelds are a carb bomb—most are 50–65g net carbs and the caloric count is high, but it’s also a heavier meal. The curry chicken rolls are the exception.
Several dressings have more added sugar than you'd think—teriyaki sauce, maple mustard, and apple cider vinaigrette are the worst offenders
Sodium runs high across the board.
Fats are generous, which is not inherently bad, but easy to underestimate
That said, there's a lot I like about this menu and I’ll continue to order often. My go-tos:
Miso salmon bento box—great protein, fiber, and flavor. If you want to go lighter on the carbs, skip some of the rice.
Chinese chicken salad—one of the lower net carb options in the salad category
Spring Crunch Salad + a la carte protein—delicious
G-Potle Taco Crunch Bowl — high in fat, which drives up the calories, but otherwise solid. Lighten the dressing, cheese, and avo if you want less fat
Turkey meatballs + a side salad—underrated combo, solid macros
