If you want to evict someone, hire a lawyer to read all 60 pages of the lease, or the zoning bylaws, or the horoscopes, or whatever it takes to find the flimsiest possible basis for making their life hell. Often the basis is surprisingly robust, and everyone concerned was just banking on being treated like humans by fellow humans. Once you get over the “acting like a human” part, you’re on Easy Street.
