I’m coping with a crazy tech bug and working with the help desk Substack Team. Has anyone else had this happen?

First, today I have received over 100 duplicate emails for “email disabled” for an unsubscribe all associated with the same email address. That person‘s email address is not in my subscriber list. And these duplicate emails keep coming.

Then, I discovered a crazy spike in my email open/view rate. It is normally in the four figures, and it shot up to over 100K for my most recent post.

This is very unsettling, and the AI Chatbot on the helpdesk said the tech department would troubleshoot it, but I am left wondering…
