For me, it’s more like 30-40 minutes—but with the same result. This is the ultimate escape from app-driven dopamine culture.

If I sit-and-do-nothing meditation, not mindfulness or focusing on the breath, after 20-30 minutes an unmistakable feeling of peace and joy arises, no matter what, which makes me think that this is our baseline when everything else drops and we just exist.
