Yes!! And he never says more than he needs to say, amazing. I read this aloud to my kids last year and that stood out to us, too. Also Jonathan came home with a sad, related story just last week: He saw a kid working on an essay that was about the character of Atticus before youth group, and since J loved the book--he asked the boy what he had thought of it. The boy answered that he hadn't read it. J said, "Based on your essay, it sounds like you know the character pretty well." The boy answere…
