Agreed, it's more on men. But the issues men are facing become problems for everyone in society. The "toxic masculinity is your fault"/"do better" approach many seem to adopt often ignores incentives and why/how men change. also, i like this stat: "nearly half of women reported in a TD Ameritrade survey that they out-earn or make the same amount as their husbands or partners" (sounds like equality! 50/50!)
and this is maybe my favorite portion from the article...
Scott Galloway: “My view is that, for masculinity, a decent place to start is garnering the skills and strength that you can advocate for and protect others with. If you’re really strong and smart, you will garner enough power, influence, kindness to begin protecting others. That is it. Full stop. Real men protect other people.”
