Such a thorny, tangled, ENTIRELY non-binary problem. Nuance is hard as fuuuuu*k (especially for those with still maturing frontal lobes). Appreciate so much your dissection, Matt, et al… the gifts in this post just kept coming…
Not many, perhaps, but not no one. There have been unmistakable calls for genocide -in both directions - from *some* demonstrators. Explicitly endorsing the Hamas program qualifies, as do calls for the IDF to "finish the job" by emptying Gaza. (Indeed, this has been heard from members of Israeli government like Smotrich: "No half jobs. Rafah, Deir al-Balah, Nuseirat, total and utter destruction.")
Another great thought salad, with nuance dressing. Keep up the good work!

Thanks so much, Bree. I appreciate it.
Loved it Matt. So on point. Oh the contradictions with these kids!
Loved that clip of your stand-up.
Thanks Claudine! Appreciate it.
Well done, Matt! Thanks for articulating so well what so many of us are thinking.
Protest the occupation ... by occupying some buildings. That our tuition money pays for.
Great piece. Many protesters aren’t even students. Professional agitators. I wonder if that’s on their resume.
Of course, if you said “woman” instead of Blacks and trans people, people would say, are you suggesting women are people?
100% what Ruby said.
"Because no one is 'pro-genocide.'"
