Defense
Justice
State
Treasury
Partially retain:
Health and Human Services (HHS) — abolish about half of it, including at least some research
Abolish:
Agriculture
Commerce
Education
Energy — except move to Defense areas that tie in with the military
Housing and Urban Development (HUD)
Interior (sell off all “government owned” lands except those with federal government buildings)
