“Instead of triggers I'd like to read about your glimmers. A sensory cue that signals to your nervous system that you are safe and connected.”
1. That moment when inspiration strikes and a new story/poem idea pops into my head. 😌
2. The fuzzy feeling I get when listening to one of my favorite tracks, and the chorus hits. 🎶
3. When one of my dogs or cats decides come sit with me or lay in my lap. 🐶🐈⬛
4. Any time I get a comment or a message from someone who says they were inspired to post their work or put their story out there because of something I wrote or said. 🥰
5. The moment I press publish on The Saved as Draft podcast every week. It always brings a smile to my face. 😊
6. The way someone’s face/voice lights up when I’m interviewing them for the podcast and they have the chance to talk about their work. 🥹
7. The feeling I get when I finish a fantastic video game and the ending washes over me as the credits roll. 🕹️
8. Any time I see a new writer submit a story to one of my prompts. ✍🏻
9. Every time someone reaches out just to check on me and to see how I’m doing. 🫶
10. Tags like this that give me a chance to talk about all of you and to learn more about you. 😁
