sometimes i wonder how many versions of myself i’ve outgrown without even noticing. i look back at old photos and remember the thoughts i used to carry, the dreams i thought would save me. it’s strange how you can live inside yourself every day and still not realize you’re evolving. it’s only when you look back that you realize how far you’ve come, how many lives you’ve already lived in the same skin.

Why state investigators are taking the lead in Friday's officer-involved shooting. Incident draws focus of Columbus media. And in other news, UCO Industries receives philanthropic grant.
America cannot long remain free, nor first among nations, if it becomes the kind of place where universities are dismantled because they don't align politically with the current head of the government.

Go for long walks. Meditate. Journal your thoughts. Read new books. Spend time alone without devices. You would get to understand yourself a lot much better. Your brain gets the best ideas when it is left to wander.
In those quiet moments, you'll uncover clarity and inspiration that can't be found in constant stimulation.
BREAKING: A dozen taco trucks have parked on the streets around the White House, and are serving chicken tacos in honor of Trump always chickening out.

The post is a heartfelt call to modern Christian parents, mentors, and coaches: stop trying to filter everything, build a foundation instead. With biblical truth and personal vulnerability, this reflection reminds readers that God doesn’t need perfect parents. He just asks for faithful ones. You don’t need to predict the future to raise disciples who can thrive in it.

This Supreme Court is one of the most political in history. Especially Thomas and Scalia. ACB seems to have grown a conscience to some extent and even Kavanaugh has disappointed MAGA somewhat. But this guy… Thomas.. yeah he’s as corrupt as they come. He doesn’t even try to hide it.
Pride Is a Mirror This latest post is a deeply personal reflection on what Pride means to me — a powerful symbol of all I’ve experienced, the battles I’ve fought, and the unshakable hope I carry for the future. Pride is more than a celebration; it’s a reflection of resilience, community, and the ongoing fight for equality. I invite you t…

AI can’t create a soul. But it can counterfeit faith well enough to fool the undiscerning. This post explores how digital tools, if left unchecked, may deform our spiritual habits, displace conviction with convenience, and offer the golden calf of mimicry instead of the living voice of Christ.
I wanted this to be a space for myself, a place to say what I want, without filtering myself.
I don’t want to think about who’s reading, or how it might land, or whether I’m being too much.
It’s lonelier this way. Starting from nothing. Speaking into the void.
But for now, this space is mine. That’s how I want it to stay.

I feel like Substack is lowkey full of the people who get overly excited about the small things in life which everyone else seems to miss - that morning coffee, the luxury of fresh sheets, the tiny synchronicities, evening light
So so dysfunctional these MAGAs that they only disrupt and lie and now it seems fight with each other. Actually it’s embarrassing--let alone disgraceful—that these wannabe authoritarians are still in office.
Perhaps the mainstream media might clarify exactly the GOP cult with its agenda— win at all costs while taking away all personal liberty from a woman’s body; dictating who you can love or what books you can read; ignoring extreme climate disruptions even as communities keep suffering; or adv…

The only thing I have to add is that regarding denying science, conservatives are very susceptible to group think as opposed to the needed open mindedness that science demands. One needs to follow the evidence and be willing to give up ones certain beliefs that stem from religious upbringing (while keeping ones religion in tact and adapting as necessary) or just rigid thinking in general.
Also implied that all sources of information are biased, as that’s been driven into their heads incessantly by infotainment disinformation. Presented with facts and numbers the most frequent response I get is “ I don’t care about facts”. Usually accompanied by a shift in goalposts.
